Matthew only (28 chapters), transcribed from en.wikisource.org's clean, manually-transcribed wikitext (Volumes 1-3), not from an OCR scan. Each chapter's own printed Douay-Rheims text is included as its section 1 where the source prints it (25 of 28 chapters); commentary is anchored at verse granularity in the 16 chapters carrying the source's own explicit 'Ver. N' citations, and at whole-chapter granularity in the 12 chapters that carry none (a real limitation of this specific transcription, not a simplification introduced here; the exact chapter list is in this work's QA report). Mark, though covered by this same Mossman translation (Volume 3), is NOT included: no Wikisource transcription of it exists despite an earlier survey's claim otherwise; only an archive.org OCR scan is available, and completing Mark from that scan is separate, disclosed follow-on work, not a silent gap. Coverage overall remains partial: Mossman/Cobb's translation covers the four Gospels plus 1-2 Corinthians, Galatians, and the Johannine epistles; the rest of the New Testament and the entire Old Testament were never translated into English under this project.
